I kept hearing business owners and noticeably impact-focused brands repeating those words.

The biggest problem was that they felt like there is never enough time, much less access to the specific knowledge to bridge the widening gap for their business both on the strategy and implementation side. Nor were they capturing and closing enough leads given how much they knew of the topics.
Something was really missing as I continued to hear these owners lose leads and have the continuous challenge of managing time and managing their business.

What was lacking was a bulletproof process that relieved time and optimized marketing efforts so they can focus on what really matters in their business - having systems in place to further scale their business and give back to those they serve.

In the early parts of my career as a consultant, knowing how to advise clients and bridge the gap between strategy and implementation of campaigns was easy. If you have a team who knows social media, content creation or digital/evergreen marketing you can bring a lot of value to small business and up-and-coming influencers/brands.
I always enjoyed following big brands to see what they were going to do next, figuring out their outlier factors, or what makes them competitors in their field.

But for everything surrounding the actual strategy of digital marketing, implementation, and model management - there’s always an answer. Removing constraints to your business is a bit of a process to figure that all out.

Writing lead surveys. Conducting discovery calls. Presenting offers. Organizing client data. Organizing charity efforts. Running events, ad and content campaigns - there is a fair amount to it.
